Upload Documents
Upload your CV, update your skills, add personal details, a profile photograph and most importantly a brief video presentation of yourself so we can hear your english skills. Review your profile and submit your application.

Interview & Assessment
Participate in our screening process, including interviews and assessments. Our team will be in touch with you to meet with you in person either face to face or online pre-screening process before final interview. Once selected, complete the onboarding process and prepare to set sail at sea.
